White Plains, NY (November 8, 2012) - Howard E. Greenberg, SIOR, President of Howard Properties, Ltd/CORFAC International in White Plains, New York, announced that his firm has won the “Lease of the Year” award given by NAIOP Connecticut and Suburban New York. 

The award is for the lease of 125,000 square feet by the law firm Wilson Elser at 1133 Westchester Avenue in White Plains.  Mr. Greenberg represented the tenant in the transaction, which was the largest office lease of the year in Westchester County.
